Visit the only museum in the UK that is dedicated to stained glass and get an insight into the fascinating history of this art form that has been practised in Britain for over thirteen hundred years.

Be delighted and amazed with the workmanship and colours of over 125 stained glass panels representing 800 years of history. All the stained glass panels are displayed at eye-level so you can get a rare close-up encounter with these amazing pieces of art work. You will be fascinated at what you see.

See a wide collection of tools and materials related to the design and manufacture of glass, lead and stained glass windows and be impressed with the preparatory designs, cartoons and small-scaled models (maquettes) relating to 19th & 20th century stained glass.
